Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Ethinic Indin Cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, cooking, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.




- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Solid cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
