We are hiring a Fixed Operations Manager for North Edmonton Kia!

The Fixed Operations Manager is a key member of the senior management team responsible for managing our Service and Parts departments and plays a huge role in the overall success of the dealership. The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of service and parts operations, specifically customer loyalty and retention, shop management, inventory management, and development of effective processes. A key requirement is understanding how to maximize sales and gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty.

Essential Skills

- Proven track record of strong leadership skills; coaching, planning, training
- Comfortable reporting on industry standard KPI's / metrics
- Ability to maximize shop productivity and efficiency
- Ability to maximize service and parts sales and gross profit
- Strong knowledge of warranty administration
- Team player with a focus on efficient, quality workmanship and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Robust commitment to customer satisfaction and retention. Focus on customer loyalty and repeat business and experience winning back lost customers
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, manufactures and third party vendors




- Ability to manage questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services & repairs
- Experience managing a team through change & growth
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

- Build a culture that emphasizes to customers the importance of consistent and regular vehicle maintenance
- Efficiently assist customers with the highest level of service
- Maximizes sales opportunities by focusing on key metrics and establishing proper processes
- Takes a proactive interest in the development & training of the team
- Maximize workflow in the Service and Parts department
- Monitors drive through flow and service advisor sales performance
- Reviews the previous months sales / profits and plans for growth
- Marketing the departments to drive profitability
- Creates a strong team environment promoting employee satisfaction
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
