Medical Office Assistant – Ophthalmology Clinic

Our ideal candidate is professional, caring, and thrives in a quick-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

· Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they arrive.

· Schedule and confirm appointments, helping to coordinate across both clinic locations.

· Update patient information and handle referrals accurately.

· Assist with patient intake and maintain well-organized records.

· Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions in a professional and caring manner.

· Process billing and payments with attention to detail.

· Keep track of office and clinic supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant,



ideally in an ophthalmology or medical clinic.

· Familiarity with Accuro EMR is an asset!

· Strong communication and multitasking skills.

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· A team player with a positive attitude who also works well independently.
