Little Treehouse Daycare is looking for a caring, energetic, and compassionate Inclusion Support Worker to join our team!

What you’ll do:

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children who require additional assistance

Help children participate fully in daily activities, routines, play, and learning experiences

Support social, emotional, communication, and developmental needs

Encourage positive interactions and independence

Work closely with educators, families, and other support professionals

Follow individualized support strategies and care plans

Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children

Assist with daily routines such as meals, outdoor play, transitions, and activities

We are looking for someone who is:

Caring, patient, dependable, and compassionate

Energetic and enjoys working with children

Comfortable supporting children with diverse needs

A positive team player with excellent communication skills

Able to remain calm, flexible,



and supportive in challenging situations

Experience working with children with additional needs is an asset

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, Social Development, or related experience is an asset

Previous childcare or inclusion-support experience is preferred

Current First Aid/CPR is an asset

Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record Check required
