Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate every detail of VIP guests' stays effectively
• Offer expert recommendations on local tours and activities




• Ensure prompt resolution of guest issues and requests
• Communicate proactively with guests throughout their stay
• Uphold high service standards throughout the hotel
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge or Guest Services
• Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is an advantage
• Hospitality Management degree or diploma preferred
• Familiarity with Micros-Opera and Microsoft Office
• Must hold a Class 5 driver's license
