Must haves:

10+ years in a senior leadership role

10+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and information classification at the enterprise level

10+ years working with information architecture frameworks, models, taxonomies, and ontologies

A strategic mindset - you connect data work to business value and financial outcomes

A track record of driving data-driven decision-making through creative strategy

Experience managing relationships across technology, operations, and business stakeholders

Comfort assessing financial, human, and customer impact

Nice to have:

TOGAF certification

MBA
