Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to provide leadership across production operations while ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of products. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, supporting business growth, and developing a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing leadership experience, a hands‑on approach, and a passion for operational excellence.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets

Develop production plans that align resources, capacity, and customer requirements

Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across manufacturing operations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence

Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction





Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to support business objectives

Champion workplace safety and promote a culture of accountability and engagement

Lead, coach, and develop employees to support individual and team success

Your strengths include:

5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, and process improvement

Experience leading teams and driving performance in a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

Experience using ERP, MRP, or other manufacturing systems

Solid communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills

Experience within machining, hydraulics, or a related industrial environment considered an asset

Journeyman Machinist certification considered an asset
