Weekend availability is required. Revival Therapeutics & Performance is hiring a Registered Massage Therapist for a recurring weekend clinic schedule in Airdrie. This role is designed for an RMT who wants to provide thoughtful, one-to-one care in a collaborative clinic and build a steady, sustainable practice.

We value clinicians who want to do excellent work, be reliable for their clients and team, and maintain a schedule that fits their life. If you do want more hours or professional development over time, those conversations are welcome, but growth is not the only definition of success.

What you will do

- Complete client histories and assessments, provide therapeutic massage within your scope, and build clear treatment plans around each client’s goals.
- Support clients dealing with pain, tension, injury, activity limitations, recovery needs, or performance goals.
- Explain findings and next steps in plain language, including useful self-care or movement guidance when appropriate.
- Keep accurate, timely clinical notes and follow clinic privacy, safety, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with Revival practitioners, co-treat or refer when another discipline is the better fit, and keep the client’s best interest at the centre of decisions.
- Maintain a professional treatment space and follow agreed clinic workflows for equipment, supplies, and room reset.

What you need

- Completion of a recognized 2,200-hour massage therapy program.
- Active membership in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association.
- Active professional liability insurance.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
- Reliable availability for the recurring weekend schedule stated above.
- Professional communication, punctuality, accurate documentation, and a client-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently while participating in respectful inter-professional collaboration.

Helpful, but not required

- Experience with therapeutic, deep-tissue,



sports, or persistent-pain clients.
- Training in cupping, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, or another relevant modality.
- Prior multidisciplinary clinic experience.
- An existing client list. Revival can support a gradual start; bringing a caseload is not a condition of applying.
