We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, this person will lead our people practices and ensure we attract, retain and engage our team to ensure we not only deliver world class products – but do so with a world class team.

Do you enjoy?

- Championing best practices and building winning cultures?
- Owning the recruitment & selection process and working with hiring managers to find the newest members of our team?
- Ensuring new hiring onboarding and employee training are on track?
- Supporting leaders on optimizing employee positive behaviours and disciplinary process support when required?




- Managing the bi-annual Employee Opinion Survey and follow up process?
- Ensure all employee engagement drivers are being implemented and including company recognition program?
- Partner with leaders to ensure policies and processes are respected to mitigate loss?
- Partnering with Finance to deliver payroll and benefits.

Does this sound like you?

- Drive, focused, outgoing, positive and personable.
- Excellent English communication skills – both oral and written without AI support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in Canada.
- Familiarity with HIRS systems is an asset.

Pay: $68,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
