Duties

- Develop and deliver dynamic math lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support growth
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity
- Utilize technology and computer skills to enhance instructional delivery and engagement
- Adapt teaching strategies for students with special education needs or learning differences
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that motivates students to develop problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure student success

Requirements





- Proven experience working with children or students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of math concepts across various levels, including algebra, geometry, calculus, or statistics
- Previous tutoring or classroom teaching experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with educational software and online teaching tools
- Background in special education or experience adapting lessons for diverse learners is a plus
- Knowledge of computer science principles is advantageous but not required
- Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate learners of different ages and backgrounds

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
