Reporting to: the Lead Project Manager

Description:

Assemble mechanical parts into subassemblies
Assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or
finished products
Read blueprints to determine work requirements
Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
Connect cables, tubes and wires
Operate automated assembling equipment
Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment
Operate or tend automated assembling equipment
Inspect finished products for proper functioning
Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for alignment and
proper functioning




Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connection
Make minor adjustments and repairs
Connect cables, tubes and wires to complete assemblies and
installations
Assemble, fit and install pre-fabricated parts and subassemblies
Privacy
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work
requirements
Adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls and process equipment
Adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical
drawings, manuals and established procedures
Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools
