A U.S. hospital is seeking Registered Nurses across multiple units and specialties. These are W-2, direct-hire positions with visa sponsorship available through the TN, H-1B, EAD, or F-1 OPT pathway, and EB-3 green card sponsorship available in every case.

Position Details

- Full-time, direct hire, in person (United States)
- Pay: $30 - $53 per hour (USD), varies by unit and years of experience
- Day and night shifts available, varying by unit

Responsibilities

- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
- Direct and coordinate nursing care in accordance with the standards of nursing care and practice and the applicable state Nurse Practice Act
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
- Apply knowledge of the patient's age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient care
- Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive patient outcomes




- Support the organization's vision and mission

Education

- BSN required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Experience

- Open to current graduates, experienced RNs, and nurses returning to practice after a gap
- No minimum U.S. work experience required
- Experience in any inpatient, outpatient, or long-term care setting is an advantage

Required Registration, Licensure or Certification

- NCLEX-RN passed (required)
