NOW HIRING: Personal Support Workers (PSWs) – Long-Term Care (Moncton, NB)

Hands of Blessing Healthcare Staffing is recruiting qualified and reliable PSWs to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility located in Moncton, New Brunswick.

We are looking for compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
- 6-Month TB Skin Test (Step 1 & Step 2)
- Current CPR Certification
- COVID-19 Immunization Record / Proof of Vaccination
- Government-Issued ID
- Updated Resume

Responsibilities in Long-Term Care (LTC):

- Provide personal care and ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning




- Support residents with feeding and mealtime care
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional well-being
- Maintain a clean, protected, and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with RPNs, LPNs, and other LTC care team members
