Here are the main responsibilities:Support Journey Owners in defining, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end journeysContribute to journey optimization initiatives, including experience redesign and journey orchestrationSupport the documentation of business cases, metrics, benefits tracking, and adoption rates to help prioritize featuresCollaborate with key stakeholders to complete required artifacts and support agile delivery and executionActively participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative, agile work environmentWhat could accelerate your success in this roleWe’re looking for someone who:Is known for their strong analytical and data processing skillsStands out for their ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor,
