The Calgary John Howard Society is hiring a Youth Employment Coach to provide intensive, one-on-one employment and life coaching to high-risk youth through an outreach-first model. You will manage a caseload of approximately 13-14 youth to ensure frequent contact and sustained engagement across housing sites, community spaces, and worksites. You will support youth through all stages of employment readiness, job search, placement, retention, and termination recovery, delivering skill-building
