Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Duties

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks
- Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflow

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)




- Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when necessary
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
