Rhino Coffee House Langford is seeking a reliable Overnight Baker to join our baking team! If you love baking, enjoy working independently, and prefer overnight hours, this could be a great fit.

Typical Shift 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and bake our donuts, muffins, cakes and other baked goods
- Mix doughs, batters, icings and frostings according to Rhino recipes
- Decorate and finish baked goods
- Prepare specialty and custom orders
- Ensure all outgoing bakery orders are accurate before delivery
- Operate bakery equipment safely
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Keep the bakery clean, organized and ready for the morning team

What we’re looking for:

- Baking or food-preparation experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual — this is especially important for our overnight team
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- FoodSafe Level 1 preferred
- Must be available for overnight shifts,



including weekends and holidays

Compensation & perks:

$20/hour starting base wage

Tips currently averaging approximately $10/hour, bringing typical total earnings to approximately $30/hour.

Experience:

- Baking: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
