Job Summary
Looking for an opportunity to work at an exciting, full service downtown law firm? Senior and mid level family law lawyers seek to hire an experienced and enthusiastic family law assistant. The ideal candidate will be a caring, practical person who has a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of document management systems and billing time is helpful. .

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality legal assistant work in a busy, agile law firm.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents such as applications, and agreements.
- File documents with the Court.
- Organize electronic and paper documents.
- Communicate with clients and lawyers by phone and email to book meetings;

Qualifications





- 4-6 years minimum experience in a family law practice is preferred.
- Experience in legal drafting, writing, and file management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
