This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data engineering, and MLOps, with hands on experience using cloud AI platforms.The OpportunityDesign and lead end to end machine learning architectures, from data ingestion to model deployment.Translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions and system designs.Select appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and architectural patterns for ML use cases.Data Engineering & PipelinesPrepare datasets by performing data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.Design and build scalable data pipelines that support training, inference, and continuous model improvement.Ensure data quality, lineage, and reliability across ML workflows.Model Development (ML, DL & NLP)Lead development and optimization of machine learning and deep learning models.Build and deploy NLP models for language based use cases such as classification, extraction, and understanding.Conduct experimentation, evaluation, and performance tuning of ML models.What You NeedCore Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.Hands on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).Strong background in Data Engineering for ML systems.Extensive experience with Python for ML and data processing.Proven experience implementing MLOps pipelines and frameworks.Experience designing and operating scalable ML systems.Cloud & PlatformsHands on experience with Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure,



or GCP).Experience deploying ML workloads at scale in cloud environments.Good to Have (Preferred Skills)Experience with large scale distributed data processing.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.Experience with real time or streaming ML pipelines.Knowledge of model governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.Soft SkillsStrong technical leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable ML solutions.Ownership mindset with end to end accountability.CompensationRole Location: Remote-CanadaCompensation Range: $154,000-$193,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
