We are seeking a Tooling Crib Supervisor to oversee daily tooling crib operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead a team, drive inventory accuracy, support production continuity, and champion safety while ensuring tools, parts, and supplies are available when needed for efficient operations. Lead daily tooling crib operations and supervise hourly team members Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits Coordinate tool issuance, returns, repairs, and calibration activities Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical items remain available Analyze operational data and track key performance indicators Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and waste reduction Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support production needs Requirements

Lead teams in manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, or material-handling environments Demonstrate experience with inventory control and material transactions Apply robust problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operations Utilize inventory management, ERP, CMMS, or tool-control systems Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S Communicate effectively with employees, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant supervisory experience This posting is for an active opening.
