Duties

- Monitor all entry and exit points to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity around the facility and detect any suspicious behavior.
- Perform routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by inspecting for theft or vandalism and reporting irregularities.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Enforce security protocols and company policies to uphold a safe working workplace.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in law enforcement,



security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in operating CCTV systems and other security technology.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and how to implement them effectively.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and emergency responders.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required.
- Certification in security operations or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected.
