Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Worker, Mental Health, under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, you will observe, report, and record patient behaviors, and help provide a protected and secure therapeutic environment for patients and families. Daily you may transport documents or patients for the Behavioral Health Center. This position requires providing service to diverse age populations with an understanding of their functional/developmental age. You must fully understand and actively participate in fulfilling our Mission, demonstrating behavior consistent with our Core Values, and supporting our strategic plan and Performance Improvement Plan.To be successful in your role, you will meticulously observe, report, and record patient behaviors, actively contributing to a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for all patients and families.
