Support the mission of Women's Health Clinic as a casual Medical Assistant. This role is focused on providing exceptional client services in person and enhancing the healthcare experience for women.

As a Medical Assistant, you will help maintain a welcoming environment while performing critical tasks such as client registration and clinical support duties. This position also offers flexibility, requiring some evening and weekend work to meet client needs. Your contributions will play a key role in achieving WHC’s vision of equitable health services.

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome clients and manage reception services • Conduct intake assessments and manage EMR data entries • Maintain a secure and clean clinical environment • Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare practitioners • Assist with cash handling and appointment scheduling

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary • Previous healthcare experience is an asset • Comfortable handling medical waste and equipment • Willingness to work wide-ranging hours, including on-call • Bilingual candidates will have an advantage
