Mark Motors Group is seeking a Marketing & Communications Performance Specialist to support marketing and communications initiatives across our portfolio of automotive dealerships across Ottawa and Gatineau.
This role combines marketing coordination, digital execution, communications, and performance reporting. Working across multiple brands and locations, the successful candidate will help execute campaigns, maintain digital platforms, support brand consistency, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, and requests from planning through execution.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple dealerships and brands.
- Work with dealership teams, OEM partners, agencies, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate campaigns, creative materials, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Maintain dealership websites, landing pages, Google Business Profiles, promotional content, and other customer-facing digital platforms.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, build, testing, scheduling, segmentation, and performance review.
- Create and adapt digital and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other marketing platforms.
- Support social media and digital campaigns through content coordination, creative assets, approvals, and online review management.
Brand & Marketing Performance
- Ensure digital, print, and customer-facing communications follow Mark Motors Group and applicable OEM brand standards.
- Conduct regular audits of websites, campaigns,
communications, signage, and marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare recurring performance reporting and provide supporting analytics and documentation for internal and OEM requirements.
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate OEM marketing co-op requirements, including claims, invoices, proof of performance, approvals, reimbursements, and follow-up.
- Coordinate marketing materials, signage, branded merchandise, business cards, vendors, and event-related requirements.
- Maintain organized marketing records, trackers, invoices, campaign documentation, and supporting files.
- Assist with purchase orders, expense tracking, internal marketing requests, and other marketing initiatives as required.
- Provide occasional evening or weekend support for key events and activations when required.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, project coordination, or a related field; post-secondary education in a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as website CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Robust organizational,
communication, project-management, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- English/French bilingualism and automotive or dealership experience are considered assets.

Role Type: This is a full-time, in-office position based at Audi Ottawa, 458 Montreal Road. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with on-site attendance required five days per week
