Responsibilities Provide nearshore functional production support for Workday HCM. Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA. Perform configuration updates for approved enhancements. Support Workday monthly and biannual releases. Work closely with onsite functional leads and offshore support teams. Assist with regression testing and production validation. Support reporting requests and data validation. Participate in problem management and root cause analysis.
