Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer who can work on a Part-Time/On-Call basis when we need additional help on larger projects.
The individual will be responsible for general landscaping tasks such as shovelling soil, wheelbarrowing, lawn care, removing old sod, installing new sod, removing interlock etc. Landscape knowledge is not necessary but you must have a solid willingness to learn and be able to work a very physical job.
General attributes needed:
- Physically fit and able to work in the heat of summer
- Ability to follow directions and learn
- Must have own transportation to job sites in KW, Cambridge and Guelph
- CSA work boots (uniform, gloves and other PPE will be provided)
- Would be required to either meet at a job sites in the area or at our shop in North Waterloo.
Position details:
- Occasional worker depending on our schedule and needs. May be only 1 day a week or up to 3 days a week depending on the work we have booked
- This position would consist of a lot of 'grunt work' including wheelbarrowing, shovelling etc.
- Wage will be $18/hr
