Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Lloydminster AB
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay rate: CAD $23.00/hr – $27.00/hr on T4 without benefits
Shift: Monday to Friday 7 to 4. Weekends or evenings if required by manager

Responsibility

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oilfield and mechanical equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test engines, pumps, valves, piping, hydraulic, cooling, and rotating equipment.
- Perform servicing such as fluid changes, filter replacement, lubrication, adjustments, and inspections.
- Identify equipment failures, worn components, and potential issues to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Complete assigned maintenance activities under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
- Accurately maintain work orders, maintenance records, parts usage, labor, and equipment condition in TLM/CMMS systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement, maintenance efficiency, asset availability, and productivity initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop/work environment.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations,



and field teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Follow proper PPE, hazard assessment, lockout/tagout, and secure-work procedures.
- Required: Mechanical maintenance experience in oilfield, heavy equipment, industrial, automotive, agricultural, or similar environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on repair experience required.
- Experience with hand/power tools, diagnostic equipment, and preventative maintenance programs preferred.
- Oilfield experience, mechanical trade certification/apprenticeship, and CMMS experience are preferred.
- Must be able to work in shop and outdoor oilfield environments, including physically demanding conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
