Wheaton Honda West offers:

1) Comprehensive Training: Even if you don't have direct auto sales experience, we'll provide you with comprehensive training to become a Honda product specialist. Our non-confrontational, no-haggle sales approach is loved by both our customers and staff. You'll participate in a 60-day training program that includes a mix of classroom instruction, hands-on training, and online courses, ensuring you become a skilled product expert.

2) Guaranteed Salary plus Performance Bonus: You will be paid a salary for your initial 60 day training period. After you have successfully graduated to the role of Product Representative, you will be eligible for performance bonuses. Our average Product Representative earns over $60,000 per year.

3) Comprehensive benefits program: Includes extended medical coverage, dental coverage, prescription drug coverage, vision care, employee and family assistance program, and a company sponsored RRSP program.

You are: To be successful in this role, you should have previous retail sales, sales management, and/or customer service experience, be a strong team player, motivated to get ahead, computer literate, and willing to follow our successful sales process. Post-secondary education is preferred, but not required.
