Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate daily clinical operations effectively • Supervise staff while guiding their professional development • Develop and enforce policies to enhance care standards • Engage in quality assurance and risk management • Act as liaison among care teams and external stakeholders

Requirements: • Master’s degree in health field required • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including clinical • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience necessary • Registration with the appropriate skilled body required • Possession of a valid BC Driver's license needed
