Day/Evening Job Summary and Main Responsibilities

Perform various cleaning, sanding, deburring, straightening, polishing, and inspection tasks; Assemble components and finished products; Conduct quality control inspections of products before shipment to customers; Perform end-of-line packaging duties, placing finished products into boxes; Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity; Assemble boxes and fill them with finished products; Assist with shipping activities, including pallet packaging and preparation; Operate various support equipment and processes such as the parts washer, vibratory finishing machine, rotary tumbler, spot welder, drill press, and other auxiliary equipment; Operate a forklift and use an overhead crane as required; Perform all duties safely and in accordance with established procedures; Follow ISO procedures and processes; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Perform any other related duties as assigned. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team; Able to meet high quality standards and requirements; Strong attention to precision, organization, and cleanliness; Conscientious, detail-oriented, and reliable in carrying out assigned duties; Demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop skills and knowledge. Skills We Are Looking For

High School Diploma; Self-motivated and able to take initiative to improve performance and productivity; Able to frequently walk, bend, and remain standing for extended periods; Knowledge of imperial and metric measurements, as well as unit conversions (an asset); Valid forklift operator certification (an asset). What We Offer

Day and evening shifts available ; Salary: $22.17 per hour; Seven (7) paid working days during the annual holiday shutdown period; Registered Retirement Savings Plan; Work clothing provided. Type of Position
