This role is ideal for candidates with experience in clinical research, clinical studies, medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial support.

- Pay Rate: $80000-85000/year

- Location: Ottawa, ON

- Shift: Monday to Friday

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Clinical Study Coordination

- Coordinate and support clinical studies in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Collect, maintain, and manage study documentation.

- Conduct monitoring visits, site follow-ups, and visit reporting.

- Support workflow testing, study preparation, and site activities.

Clinical Documentation & Compliance

- Assist with the preparation of clinical documents, protocols, CRFs, and reports.

- Review and document study results.

- Support the development and maintenance of study procedures.

- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Site Support

- Work closely with internal teams and clinical sites.





- Communicate effectively with study stakeholders.

- Travel to clinical sites as required to support study activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting clinical studies.

- Knowledge of clinical research regulations and quality standards.

- Clinical laboratory, medical device, diagnostics, or sample handling experience is an asset.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to study sites as required.

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
