Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Dismantler to join our team. This role involves carefully disassembling automobiles in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be proficient with hand tools and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic workplace where precision and safety are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Disassemble automobiles following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove components accurately without damaging parts for reuse or recycling
- Identify and document parts for inventory or disposal purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete dismantling projects within designated timeframes
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or issues immediately

Requirements





- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and components
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in dismantling, recycling, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Pay scale is based on knowledge and performance.
2 positions will be opening up in two brand new bays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
