Birdie Indoor Golf is growing our team and is currently hiring Store Managers.

Locations:

- Metrotown
- Brentwood

STORE MANAGER

Compensation

- Base salary: $3,500/month
- Plus 20% share of the store tip pool
- Approximately 8 hours per shift
- 5 working days per week

Schedule

3 evening shifts per week:

- Friday
- Saturday
- One weekday evening

Evening shifts may be:

- 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- or
- 7:00 PM – 2:00 AMPlus:
- 2 daytime shifts per week

Responsibilities

- Train, supervise and support store staff
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the indoor golf facility
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization and equipment
- Perform regular inventory counts and arrange restocking
- Prepare alcoholic beverages, drinks and straightforward food items
- Greet and serve customers




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate staff duties and daily operations
- Handle day-to-day store issues
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and overall guest experience

We are looking for someone who:

- Is responsible, reliable and organized
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is comfortable training and leading a team
- Takes initiative and can handle daily operations independently
- Is available for evening and weekend shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality, bars, entertainment venues, golf facilities, retail or store management is preferred

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
