Your day will look like this:

- Ensure the systems meet the clients requirements.
- Carry out meticulous work, maintain copies of programs, files and any relevant information on Solotech’s server.
- Read and interpret the connection drawings in order to establish the appropriate programming.
- Answer all the clients’ questions regarding their system’s operation.
- Train the clients on their systems.
- Answer service calls.
- Remain updated on the products and tools related to this field of expertise.
- Work closely with the Project Managers.
- Represent Solotech with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure the work is done according to current health and safety standards.
- All other related tasks.

Your profile:

- Bilingual: French & English.
- College degree or DEP in the field of electronics, audiovisual, computers or other relevant training or work experience.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in the audiovisual industry.
- Knowledge in network and firewalls.




- Experience in installation of AV, lighting, and sound systems.
- Experience and/or training in Crestron’s control system programming.
- Experience with C# language, Medialon, AMX, Polycom video conference and Tandbergsystems (an asset).
- Have a valid driver’s licence.
- Able to travel outside Quebec and Canada.
- Available during evenings and weekends, on occasion.
- Master Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Capacity to analyze and solve issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Good team player with a cooperative spirit.
- Autonomy, thoroughness and discipline.
- Strong customer service approach.
