London

AFS Aerial Photography has served customers across Canada for more than 67 years. We’re looking for an administrative assistant to help coordinate the details that keep our photography and sales teams working smoothly.

This is a fully in-office role for someone who enjoys organizing information, following tasks through to completion, and adjusting plans when schedules change. Much of the work involves travel bookings, location research, shipping, and accurate records.

What you’ll do

- Book and adjust hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements for field staff.
- Use Google Earth to find and record property locations.
- Prepare and track shipments through Purolator, Canada Post, and other couriers.
- Search our aerial photograph archive and help respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and sales representative supply records.
- Help plan field operations during the flying season.

You’ll be well suited to this role if you:

- Are comfortable working independently on a computer and learning new systems.
- Can keep track of several tasks at once without losing important details.
- Check your work carefully, especially addresses, dates, bookings, and location information.
- Communicate clearly when plans change or you need more information.
- Enjoy a mix of routine administrative work and unexpected problems to solve.

Experience with Excel, Word, office administration, travel coordination, shipping, or Google Earth is helpful. We can train someone who brings strong organization, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.

What to expect

Some days are predictable; others require changing a booking, finding a difficult location,

or resolving a shipping issue quickly. Accuracy and follow-through matter because our field staff rely on the information you provide.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Workplace: Fully in office at the London airport. The office is on a bus route; having your own vehicle is an asset, but is not required.
Start date: As soon as possible

To apply, submit your résumé and briefly answer: Which part of this role best matches work you’ve done before, and what part would be recent to you?
