EVENT STAFF – REGISTRATION & WRISTBANDSThe Nashville Takeover – Collingwood

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional event staff to join our team for The Nashville Takeover in Collingwood, October 2–4, 2026.

This position will primarily involve guest registration, wristband distribution, ticket checking, and general event support. You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, so a welcoming and professional attitude is important.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

- Greeting guests and providing a friendly welcome
- Checking tickets and registration information
- Distributing event wristbands
- Assisting guests with registration and check-in
- Answering general questions about the event
- Providing directions and information about venues and event activities
- Helping guests with any registration-related questions
- Maintaining an organized registration area
- Communicating with the event management team
- Assisting with general event duties as needed

Event Dates

Friday, October 2 – Sunday, October 4, 2026

We will have various shifts available throughout the weekend. Specific shifts will be discussed during the hiring process based on your availability and event needs.

Previous customer service, hospitality, event, administrative, or registration experience is an asset but not required.

Arrival & Check-In

Staff will be required to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift.

Additional information regarding your specific meeting location and assignment will be provided prior to the event.

Dress Code

Staff are expected to arrive in a clean, neat, and presentable outfit appropriate for a professional music event.

You will be interacting directly with guests throughout your shift, so a polished and welcoming appearance is important.

Interview & Scheduling Process

- Your previous work or customer service experience
- Your comfort level working in a busy, guest-facing environment
- Any questions you may have about the position

As we get closer to the event, you will receive your confirmed schedule, meeting location, and additional event instructions.

Important

This is a guest-facing position, and punctuality and reliability are extremely significant.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
