We are looking for a dependable, organized, and multitasking Administrative Office Assistant to support our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and Naturopath in a busy, patient-focused clinic. 1 Position open for 3 days per week, approx. 24 hrs.

Work shift is as follows :

MON: 730AM- 4:30PM

FRI: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

SAT : 8:00AM - 4:15PM

Must be available to work Saturday and do Vacation Relief for other staff.

⭐ What You'll Do:

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Process billing and insurance claims (including ICBC)
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
- Assist practitioners with administrative tasks
- Photocopy, prepare, and manage clinic documents and reports
- Handle and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
- Cover for the Office Manager when away — make quick, confident decisions and resolve issues as needed
- Perform general office duties and support day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage the clinic's social media platforms on a regular basis

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year of office or administrative experience (healthcare experience is an asset but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel




- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Solid multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, and massage therapy setting
- Someone who takes ownership of our social media presence and sees opportunities to promote the clinic, its practitioners, and its services.
