Busy family practice office seeking an intelligent and compassionate MOA.

We require a valuable team player with a positive attitude, willing to cooperate with physicians, patients and staff; be resourceful, and professional in person and on the telephone. Must have computer skills as we are an EMR- Accuro office. Must be competent; able to multi-task; work and think quickly. We are currently looking to hire an MOA who can work Mondays, and cover for holiday relief.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Answering phones; obtaining and recording patient data; scheduling appointments; escorting and preparing patients for examinations; handling patient inquiries; sorting and distributing mail, faxes and electronic reports; processing payments; scanning; cleaning and sterilizing instruments; communicating effectively with physicians, patients,



and numerous health facilities; learn and effectively use medical software programs; administrative and clinical tasks.

Part Time: 8 hours per week

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
