We are seeking an experienced

Java Fullstack Developer Lead

to lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using

Java, Spring Boot, and React . The role combines hands-on technical leadership, architecture, team mentoring, application integration, DevOps, and quality engineering to deliver secure and maintainable enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design scalable and maintainable full-stack application architectures using React and Spring Boot. Establish technical standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines. Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Optimize database performance and implement data security best practices. Lead React development initiatives, including component libraries, state management, and responsive UI development. Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence. Oversee integration between front-end and back-end systems, including API contracts and data flows.



Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders on technical strategy and delivery. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and deployment strategies. Establish unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies while ensuring application security and code quality. Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in

Java and Spring Boot . Strong understanding of

microservices architecture and distributed systems . Hands‑on experience with

React

and modern frontend development. Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems. Experience with Spring Cloud and enterprise application development. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices. Solid technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
