ChiMe Wellness Clinic is a new massage therapy and acupuncture clinic opening at Courts of St. James. We are building a therapist-centred team where RMTs can practise in their preferred style, set their own availability, and grow at a comfortable pace.

Compensation

- Receive a 70% split from your first day—based on our current $105 fee, your share is $73.50 for a completed 60-minute treatment
- 100% of gratuities go directly to you
- $2,000 Launch Partner Bonus available

Your Responsibilities

To support the 70% split, each therapist is responsible for the normal administration connected with their own clients:

- Treatment notes and charting
- Checkout, direct billing and rebooking




- Resetting the treatment room after appointments

The clinic handles laundry, general phone inquiries and clinic-level marketing.

A Low-Risk Way to Grow Your Practice

You do not need to leave your current clinic or bring an existing client list. ChiMe is a new clinic, so this opportunity is best suited to RMTs who would like to begin with one or two regular shifts and gradually add availability as their bookings grow.

New graduates and experienced RMTs are both welcome.

Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate of a recognized 2,200-hour massage therapy program
- Member in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Willing to learn direct billing—the clinic will provide hands-on support during your first two weeks and work through claims with you until you feel comfortable completing them independently
- Qualified, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Committed to client-centred care, proper assessment and complete charting

Students who have completed at least the first year of a recognized massage therapy program are also welcome to contact us regarding future opportunities or approved practicum placements.
