Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu or specials.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by checking on their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Clear and clean tables between guests.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, special promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area.




- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a quick-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.25 per hour
