Sturgeon Walk-in Clinic is seeking full time medical office assistant to join our growing team. We are a busy walk-in clinic, the successful candidate would be required to:

- scheduling patients’ appointments to see doctors or nurses

- entering and formatting electronically based medical reports and handling any correspondence between medical professionals

- interviewing patients in order to complete forms or other documents that are needed for the doctor or nurse

- being able to prepare invoices, receipts, and collecting payments

- rooming patients ~ taking vitals, sanitizing rooms and equipment between patients

- Healthquest experience for at least 1 year is preferred

- Valuable Communication skills

- Has experience working in medical clinic / walk-in clinic settings

- Able to work alone and can handle multi-tasking

- Must be flexible with work hours / shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
