Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist with the daily operation of a busy restaurant and bar. The Supervisor will lead staff, maintain service standards, handle guest concerns, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements * Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, including serving and bartending. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. * Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and responsible alcohol service. * Valid Smart Serve certification. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support servers, bartenders, and support staff. * Ensure excellent guest service and address customer concerns. * Monitor responsible alcohol service and staff compliance. * Assist with opening/closing, cashouts, and daily operations. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards. * Train and coach staff as required. * Lead by example and enforce company policies and procedures. * Assist management with scheduling, staffing, and operational duties.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
