This position, under the guidance of experienced chefs, focuses on the sanitation of all kitchen tools and equipment. You'll need to thrive in a quick-paced, noisy environment and be capable of handling heavy items. Engagement with a diverse team will enhance your working experience while upholding our food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with pre-washing and preparing items for dishwashing
• Keep floors and counters clean and organized
• Monitor the cleanliness of your work area
• Dispose of waste securely and responsibly
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Familiarity with hazardous materials and cleaning solutions
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Preference given to Tsuut'ina Nation members
