Position Summary The Accounting Manager supports the financial oversight, accounting, reporting, and cash management of a portfolio of real estate land development projects. Reporting to the Project Controller and working closely with the Finance & Project Management teams,



this role provides review and guidance to the accounting team while supporting solid financial reporting and internal controls. The Accounting Manager applies strong analytical and business judgment to complex matters, connects information across projects and transactions, identifies interdependencies and downstream impacts, and contributes to process and systems improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive and intellectually curious problem solver with strong technical capabilities, sound judgment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
