Community Living Society (CLS) is seeking a Manager of Staffed Homes to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple staffed home locations in the Lower Mainland area. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will coach Team Leads and Community Living Counsellors to deliver person-centered support. This primarily administrative role requires robust leadership, scheduling, budgeting and coordination. Hours are based on a 35-hour work week; salary is $83,000 per year.
