Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate repair estimates from vehicle photos
• Schedule efficient repair appointments with shops
• Organize invoices and ensure timely processing
• Update management on scheduling and repair statuses
• Maintain records of estimates, appointments, and correspondence
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong skills in computer software and workflow tools
• Valid G2 driver’s license is essential
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Full time availability required, 40 hours per week
