Vacancy Type: Existing Position.What You’ll Be DoingDesigns, develops and implements control systems programs including PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, ControlLogix)Programs HMI and servo systemsDevelops robotics and automation systemsIntegrates electrical systemsCoordinates and supervises machine startups and process launchDesigns control panels, wiring diagrams and BOMsTroubleshoots electrical systems (up to 575 V, wiring, fuses, etc.)Understands WonderWare softwareInstructs maintenance personnel on use, functionality and programming of automation systemsMentors licensed electricians in PLC programming and troubleshootingAssists in automation cell improvements and implements continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and roboticsAdheres to policies and procedures, safety, and environmental policies and practicesEnsures compliance with Quality Management System, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001Other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering or college diplomaValid Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A and/or 309A)
