LCBO is seeking a People Analytics and Data Engineer to join a team-oriented team. This onsite 12-month contract role focuses on architecting human capital data foundations and delivering predictive workforce insights to inform decision making and organizational accountability. You will lead data architectures, pipelines, and dashboards, partnering with HR and business leaders to enable real-time analytics, reporting, and governance across Workday data and other sources.
