- Mondelēz Canada is looking for a driven and curious HR Talent Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship. If you have recently graduated or are about to graduate from an MBA or HR-related program, we want to hear from you!
- Talent Management: Assist in talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs
- Organizational Development: Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as culture assessments, change management, and team effectiveness projects
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention through programs such as recognition, rewards, and wellness activities
- HR Analytics: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
- HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as capability building initiatives, employer branding campaigns, or HR technology implementations
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with HR team members and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and foster effective communication within the organization
